Custom work is a huge part of what we do. Have an idea for a custom-made piece of jewelry? We will work with you to make it a reality.

Polishing

A polishing cloth is included with every order. If you have any issues shining up your jewelry please let us know directly.

Returns and Exchanges

At Lady Cromer we strive to make your entire experience a positive one.  We do not offer refunds in any form. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your LCJ jewelry please let us know within 10 days of purchase and we will work with you to fix or find a solution.

Repairs

Should your Lady Cromer jewelry ever need polishing, repairs, or resizing please let us know! We are happy to do everything necessary to make your jewelry shiny and perfect once again.

 Deposits

 Deposits are non refundable and not transferable to any other project than the one discussed. They do go towards the final cost of your custom piece of jewelry.
